“Hello everyone! I would like to share something with you. Courtesy of the DoR team on the occasion of the opening of the Heroes III XXVth Anniversary Championship, I received this screenshot of the progress working of the project. The Day of Reckoning project will introduce 3 new factions to the game and for the first time this screenshot shows the Forge fortification and also some models of objects and units on the adventure map.
Interestingly the Forge project is being developed in consultation with Greg Fulton one of the creators of Heroes III in order to replicate as much as possible the original concept that was to be released with the Armageddon’s Blade expansion. In addition to the aforementioned Forge, the project will introduce the town of Palace and a third town visible on the left-hand side of the screen, which we do not know much about yet.”

文中的Forge（铸造厂）就是VCMI的异星/新铸造和魔法门里的机械龙结合。
猜测：左上角为地下的盗贼、黑暗精灵城镇。
因为地图左侧的野怪，一个像暗黑版的海盗，一个像邪恶的森林里的妖精。
